Graduate Operations Administrator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate journey management, including flights, hotel bookings, and site travel arrangements
• Maintain personal records and manage visa and medical documentation processes
• Track personnel training programs in coordination with the T&D team
• Manage camp activities for multiple sites and oversee vehicle operations
• Prepare and manage shift schedules and visitor logistics
• Liaise with suppliers for quotes, manpower requirements, and payment processing
• Manage site utilities including water, waste removal, and oil disposal
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations Management, or a related field
• Omani nationality is required
• Ability to work a rotational schedule (2 weeks on-site in Oman / 2 weeks off)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
