Graduate - Masterplanning

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of masterplans, spatial layouts, land use plans, and development frameworks
• Support the production of drawings, diagrams, and presentation materials using design software
• Assist in site analysis, data collection, and research related to planning studies
• Support the preparation of planning reports, concept narratives, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with architecture, landscape, and engineering disciplines to support integrated solutions
• Maintain organized project documentation and assist in meeting project deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Masterplanning, or a related discipline
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS tools, Adobe Creative Suite, or SketchUp
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of urban planning principles and land use zoning
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
