Graduate Marketing Rotation Associate

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotation program consisting of four 6-month assignments across various marketing disciplines.
• Execute end-to-end event logistics for virtual, hybrid, and in-person industry conferences and webinars.
• Support demand generation campaigns by creating assets such as email sequences, landing pages, and social content.
• Assist in managing the marketing technology stack, including CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Develop product marketing collateral including pitch decks, data sheets, and case studies to support go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform messaging frameworks and positioning.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and campaign ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Graduation date of June 2025 or June 2026.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including brand, content, and the buyer journey.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant marketing experience or projects, such as internships.
• Exposure to digital marketing tools like CRM, email automation, SEO/SEM, or social media management.
• Curiosity regarding emerging technologies, including the application of AI in marketing workflows.
