Graduate Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and work instructions
• Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including prototype builds, process trials, and data collection
• Help troubleshoot basic manufacturing, process, and equipment issues under the guidance of senior engineers
• Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs, process flows, and validation records
• Participate in process improvement initiatives focusing on quality, yield, efficiency, and cost reduction
• Assist in process validation activities through protocol preparation, trial execution, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Product Development, and Supply Chain

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, or a related field)
• Strong fundamental engineering knowledge and interest in manufacturing systems and automation
• Good analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, industrial training, or academic project experience in manufacturing or process engineering
• Exposure to CAD tools, prototyping, data analysis, or measurement systems
