Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO, COO, Executive Director, and CTO to deliver business projects from design to completion
• Support and guide process improvements within operational and investment activities
• Lead and participate in workshops to drive product innovation and continuous improvement
• Analyse and deliver insights from data across software and operations
• Review and report on a variety of financial and operational documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Science, Management, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and recommend actions
• Knowledge of reviewing financial statements to identify risks and opportunities
• Understanding of risk management, dependencies, and scope changes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
