Graduate Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive 3-year graduate programme designed to develop future leaders.
• Engage in on-the-job training, formal education, and job rotations to build technical and leadership skills.
• Analyze complex situations and propose purposeful solutions aligned with strategic company goals.

Requirements

• Australian permanent residency (PR) or citizenship at the time of application.
• Final year of study or less than 3 years of professional work experience in your chosen discipline.
• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to provide an academic transcript as part of the application.
• Availability to start a full-time permanent role in February 2027.
