Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1-year structured talent development initiative
• Engage in structured on-the-job learning and formal training
• Complete cross-functional job rotations
• Gain real-world business exposure and leadership mentoring
• Prepare for future roles in Key Account Management, Business Development, or other front-line commercial roles

Requirements

• Fresh graduates with a Degree, Master’s, or PhD in Business Administration, Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Strong academic record (CGPA 3.5+)
• Or candidates with less than 2 years’ working experience
• Strong potential for leadership, learning agility, and motivation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Passion for commercial or client-facing roles
• Valid driving license
