Graduate Intern - Operations

Responsibilities

• Learn on the job through coaching from mentors, project coordinators, and senior staff
• Assist with day-to-day operations and fulfill assigned tasks within the manufacturing environment
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and various learning opportunities to develop technical and soft skills
• Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and safety processes
• Maintain detailed training logbooks, prepare documents, and update operational records
• Travel to different offices and participate in daily operations as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant field
• 1-2 years of manufacturing awareness and understanding of the manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
• Must have the right to work long-term in the UK (sponsorship is not offered)
