Responsibilities

• Support the operations team in a global manufacturing environment
• Tackle complex operational problems and contribute to process improvements
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to analyze large amounts of information
• Collaborate across different teams to build and maintain high-quality products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university
• Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make decisions based on data and information analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish
• Courage to handle and tackle tough daily challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation from a technical high school
