Graduate Intern - Operations

Responsibilities

• Support the operations team in a manufacturing environment
• Utilize analytical reasoning to solve complex operational problems
• Make data-driven decisions based on large amounts of information
• Collaborate across different teams to build and maintain high-quality products
• Tackle daily operational challenges with courage and initiative

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• High willingness and potential for continuous learning and development

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation from a technical high school
