About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations across various manufacturing departments
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and learning opportunities to gain practical industry skills
- Observe and learn from experienced team members to understand company policies, protocols, and processes
- Liaise with mentors and project coordinators to evaluate progress and meet program goals
- Follow all company regulations, health and safety codes, and environmental standards
- Prepare necessary documentation and maintain accurate records
- Travel to different locations across the region to participate in daily operations as required
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering or Manufacturing
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of professional experience
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to direct others
- Strong manual skills and the ability to follow complex instructions and processes
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
