Graduate Intern - Operations

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations across various manufacturing departments
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and learning opportunities to gain practical industry skills
• Observe and learn from experienced team members to understand company policies, protocols, and processes
• Liaise with mentors and project coordinators to evaluate progress and meet program goals
• Follow all company regulations, health and safety codes, and environmental standards
• Prepare necessary documentation and maintain accurate records
• Travel to different locations across the region to participate in daily operations as required

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or Manufacturing
• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of professional experience
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to direct others
• Strong manual skills and the ability to follow complex instructions and processes
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
