Graduate Insights Writer & Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Write and refine survey questions that are clear, unbiased, and purposeful
• Draft recruitment emails, reminders, and follow-up sequences to maximise student response rates
• Turn raw survey responses into narratives, briefs, and sales-ready outputs for commercial teams
• Edit and improve copy across research touchpoints, from participant comms to internal write-ups
• Run end-to-end logistics for qualitative and quantitative research, including recruitment, scheduling, and focus groups
• Deploy surveys, monitor response rates, and ensure accurate sampling and timely completion
• Maintain meticulous records of participants, consent documentation, and survey responses in line with data protection standards
• Keep trackers, schedules, and project documentation accurate and up to date

Requirements

• Degree in a writing-intensive discipline such as English, History, Philosophy, Journalism, or similar
• Demonstrable writing ability with samples of published, academic, or personal work
• Instinct for email copy and understanding of why some subject lines get opened and others ignored
• Practical exposure to designing or critiquing survey instruments and question types
• Familiarity with survey software such as Qualtrics or Typeform
• Familiarity with email tools such as Mailchimp, Customer.io, or Klaviyo
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines
• Comfortable writing for a variety of audiences while maintaining clarity and precision
