Graduate In Training Program (GIT), AI Development (Linux)

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype machine learning models tailored for automotive features
• Adapt and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) like GPT and LLaMA for automotive domains
• Develop end-to-end pipelines combining Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), LLM inference, and Text-to-Speech (TTS)
• Write, test, and optimize high-performance C++ code for Linux-based systems
• Build and manage projects using CMake or Makefiles, including third-party library integration
• Profile, troubleshoot, and optimize applications with a focus on efficient memory usage
• Collaborate with middleware teams to integrate services over the automotive Ethernet stack
• Document all experiments, findings, and the development process comprehensively

Requirements

• Must be a 2024-2025 Graduate
• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms
• Proficiency with Linux command-line environments (bash, ssh, editors)
• C++ fundamentals, including pointers, memory management, and multithreading
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and build systems (CMake, Make)
• Excellent command of both English and Arabic (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ASR toolkits (e.g., OpenAI Whisper, Vosk, Kaldi) and TTS frameworks
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols like SOME/IP, MQTT, and protobuf
• Experience with network packet capture and analysis tools such as tcpdump or Wireshark
• Experience with RTMaps
• Proficiency in French
