Graduate In Training Program (GIT), Agentic AI Systems

Responsibilities

• Design and architect agentic workflows using reasoning patterns like ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, and Self-Reflection
• Develop multi-agent orchestration systems where specialized agents collaborate to solve complex requests
• Build and integrate custom tools and APIs to allow agents to interact with automotive environments and real-time databases
• Develop full-stack Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrators using lightweight web interfaces
• Implement evaluation frameworks and guardrails to ensure reliable performance and tool-calling accuracy
• Optimize system prompt engineering, memory management, and persona consistency

Requirements

• Must be a 2024-2025 Graduate
• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field
• Proficiency in agentic orchestration libraries such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• Strong Python skills with experience in backend development using FastAPI or Flask
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, function calling, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Basic frontend skills to build functional UIs using Streamlit, Tailwind CSS, or React
• Excellent command of English and Arabic; French is a plus
