We are part of United Media, which focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates alongside the CEO
• Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach
• Manage the first stage of the recruitment process including CV screening
• Take ownership of the Greenhouse recruitment software
• Renew and update job postings and descriptions to attract candidates
• Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding results
• Valid UK work permit
• Natural ability to build rapport and make people feel comfortable
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
• Desire to learn, develop, and push personal boundaries
• No prior recruitment experience required
