Responsibilities

As part of a rotational graduate programme, you will gain experience across various go-to-market and customer functions, including:

• Business Development: Prospecting, pipeline management, and conducting on-farm demos.
• Territory Management: Owning a region end-to-end and building advisor relationships.
• Customer Onboarding: Guiding new farmers through setup and platform adoption.
• Customer Support: Solving technical and operational problems for farmers.
• Fleet Operations: Managing the deployment and maintenance of hardware devices on farms.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (or about to graduate) in agriculture, business, science, or a related field.
• A genuine connection to or passion for the farming industry.
• Competitive mindset with a goal-oriented approach.
• High level of resilience and ability to adapt to challenges.
• Ability to build trust quickly with diverse stakeholders, including farmers.
• Full New Zealand driver's licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including to Auckland HQ and various farm locations.
• Submission of a cover letter is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on or studying agriculture.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
