Graduate Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information
• Create detailed financial models to support transaction analysis
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence processes
• Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing pitches
• Conduct research on specific sectors, companies, and potential buyers
• Value companies and businesses using various methodologies
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors
• Assist in the planning of engagements and supervise junior staff members

Requirements

• Final university assessments completed in 2025 or 2026 from a highly regarded university
• Minimum 6 months of M&A internship experience or a similar role
• Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written)
• Strong understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
