Graduate Financial Analyst - Corporate Finance (Consumer)

Responsibilities

• Support sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions within the Consumer advisory team
• Research and analyze financial statements, economic conditions, and industry developments
• Conduct in-depth analysis of acquisitions, divestitures, and investment attributes for public and private companies
• Assist in the preparation of materials related to capital raisings and financing structures
• Provide analytical support to senior-level professionals on live engagements

Requirements

• Strong academic track record from a highly regarded university
• Completing final university assessments by Summer 2026
• Minimum 3 months of internship experience in M&A or a similar financial role
• Solid understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to start full-time work by mid-July 2026
