Graduate Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support core financial reporting and monthly processes, including forecasting, budgeting, journals, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Deliver meaningful analysis and insights to stakeholders by preparing variance analysis for key cost centres.
• Partner with various business functions such as Legal, Commercial, and Safety to support reporting and planning processes.
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights to help stakeholders understand performance drivers.

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• A willingness to work towards CA/CPA qualification (or having already commenced).
• A strong foundation in financial concepts and an interest in applying them in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data.
• Natural curiosity and a motivation to build a career in finance.
