Graduate Events Management

Responsibilities

• Plan, structure, and coordinate conferences strategically, including dates, venues, and pricing
• Innovate on creative opportunities to deliver outstanding conference experiences
• Negotiate with vendors for catering, accommodation, transportation, and facilities
• Handle operational planning such as floor plans, invitations, signage, and printing
• Manage events on-site to ensure smooth execution and high attendee satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
• Relevant experience or strong interest in event planning, coordination, marketing, or PR
• UK work permit
• Exceptional eye for aesthetics and details
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities
