Graduate Engineering Trainee Thermal Lab

Responsibilities

• Work within a multi-disciplinary engineering team on "engineered to order" (ETO) projects for Chiller units.
• Design ETO solutions focusing on mechanical aspects, specifically sheet metal and piping.
• Collaborate with suppliers, Procurement, and Industrial Engineering to ensure design feasibility.
• Create and review technical product documentation, including CAD drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems to improve product quality and simplify assembly processes.
• Update and review mechanical drawings based on feedback from Production, Procurement, and Logistics departments.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in 3D/2D CAD software.
• Working knowledge of PTC Creo or Solid Edge.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and a result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous experience in the Chiller, CRAC, or HVAC sectors.
• Knowledge of light structural work processing.
• Understanding of refrigeration principles and thermodynamics.
• Experience with PLM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
