Graduate Engineer Trainee

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month graduate program featuring classroom training and two rotations within the Technology organization
• Gain hands-on exposure to ServiceNow development, intelligent automation, monitoring, and cloud operations
• Solve business problems through case studies and contribute to team goals during rotations
• Work with internal and external stakeholders globally to build long-term professional relationships
• Learn the end-to-end Invesco business model, including product, investment, sales, and operations

Requirements

• B.Tech or M.Tech in any branch
• No current academic backlogs
• Minimum 60% CGPA/equivalent throughout 10th and 12th grades
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
• Relevant internship experience or personal projects demonstrating technical aptitude
