Graduate Engineer Trainee

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month graduate program featuring two rotations within the Technology organization
• Participate in classroom training and solve business problems through case studies
• Gain hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, intelligent automation, monitoring, and cloud operations
• Work with technologies such as Python, JavaScript, Power Automate, Splunk, Azure, and AWS
• Collaborate with internal and external global stakeholders to achieve team and individual goals
• Contribute to Invesco Connects and Business Resource Groups (BRGs)

Requirements

• B.Tech or M.Tech in any branch
• No current academic backlogs
• Minimum 60% CGPA/equivalent throughout 10th and 12th grades
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Basic SQL and Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
• Relevant internship experience or personal projects demonstrating technical aptitude
