About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform basic design and engineering calculations for concrete and structural steel structures in compliance with applicable standards
- Prepare basic design sketches and coordinate with technicians to prepare design drawings
- Coordinate with the project team to complete assigned work
- Adhere to project budget, schedule, and quality requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized accredited program
- Associate engineer license or currently in the process of obtaining one
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of less than one year; fresh graduates are welcome
- Knowledge of structural analysis/design software such as RISA-3D, STAAD Pro, or SAP2000
- Familiarity with international codes including ASCE, AISC, or Eurocodes
- Strong organizing and coordination skills
