Graduate Engineer

Responsibilities

• Join the Cressbrook Dam Safety Improvement Project as part of a structured two-year Graduate Program
• Work within Operations teams to gain practical exposure to live civil construction projects
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and project teams on critical infrastructure delivery
• Contribute to major projects involving roads, bridges, rail, water infrastructure, and dams

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering, graduating mid-year 2026
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Current Driver's Licence and access to own transport for regional site travel
• Full right to work in Australia

• Previous work experience within the construction industry
