Graduate Engineer

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience on major construction projects including roads, bridges, rail, and water infrastructure
• Participate in structured training and mentoring programs led by industry experts
• For Graduates: Follow a two-year program built around an Engineering Competency Matrix to track professional growth
• For Undergraduates: Work 2-3 days per week to develop industry skills and build a pathway into the Graduate Program

Requirements

• Graduates: Must have completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Undergraduates: Must be in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Current Driver's Licence and access to own transport for regional project travel
• Ongoing right to work in Australia

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience while studying, preferably within the construction industry
