Graduate Engineer Program 2027

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Engineers with planning, design, and project execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings
• Gather and analyse data to inform engineering decisions
• Help ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations

Requirements

• Recent bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering
• Available to start in February 2027
• Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in New Zealand
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in innovation, sustainability, and consulting
• Exposure to water, sustainability, urban development, building engineering, building services, or road and rail projects
