Graduate Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers and project teams in planning, design, and implementation activities
• Support the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation
• Participate in site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress and quality
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to learn and contribute to project tasks
• Engage in training programs and professional development opportunities
• Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Perform technical research and support problem-solving activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong enthusiasm to learn and develop technical and professional skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements
