Graduate Development Program - Finance

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key finance functions including Accounting & Reporting, Tax, Asset Management Finance, and Corporate Finance
• Learn fundamental accounting principles, GAAP, and assist with financial statement components
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in tax compliance, including VAT and corporate tax regulatory filings
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for energy and infrastructure assets
• Contribute to financial modeling, cash flow monitoring, and strategic planning initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Recent graduate or up to 1–2 years of relevant internship or work experience
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
