Graduate Development Program - Engineering

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across Corporate Project Delivery and Asset Management functions
• Learn engineering methodologies, documentation processes, and project deliverables
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and management activities
• Support the monitoring and optimization of operational asset performance
• Gain exposure to preventive and corrective maintenance planning
• Maintain asset records, technical documentation, and maintenance data
• Contribute to company HSE commitments and risk management initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or Energy Engineering
• Recent graduate or up to 1–2 years of internship/work experience
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and asset lifecycle concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Must be a Saudi National
