Graduate Data Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor employability metrics by designing and implementing key indicators to measure graduate success.
• Manage advanced longitudinal data through the design and implementation of models for historical analysis and trend tracking.
• Execute strategic plans and action guides in collaboration with internal and external team cells.
• Automate reporting systems to optimize the generation and distribution of strategic insights.
• Perform data cleaning and debugging to ensure the quality, precision, and consistency of databases.
• Provide training and technical support to elevate the team's data management competencies.

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Informatics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, big data, or data mining.
• Proficiency in Python and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Experience using Qualtrics.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Analytics certifications.
