About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in cost management commissions including cost estimates, bills of quantities, and value engineering
  • Support tendering, evaluation, and contract knowledge application
  • Manage change orders and final account close-out
  • Estimate and produce cost plans
  • Conduct cost assessments and valuations
  • Prepare cost reports
  • Liaise with project stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related disciplines
