About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in cost management commissions including cost estimates, bills of quantities, and value engineering
- Support tendering, evaluation, and contract knowledge application
- Manage change orders and final account close-out
- Estimate and produce cost plans
- Conduct cost assessments and valuations
- Prepare cost reports
- Liaise with project stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related disciplines
- Strong motivation to join the construction industry at Turner & Townsend
- Passion for a career in cost management
- Growth mindset and love for learning
- Strong command of English (verbal and written)
