Responsibilities
- Complete a best-in-class onboarding and finance bootcamp to master B2B tech sales
- Conduct strategic market research using commercial tools to identify potential leads
- Execute personalized outreach to CFOs and senior finance decision-makers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Communicate value propositions to book meetings for Account Executives
- Utilize CRM tools to manage data and optimize commercial processes in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
Requirements
- Recent or soon-to-be graduate
- Native or C2 level fluency in German
- C1 level fluency in English
- Growth-oriented mindset with a desire for feedback
- Resourceful and able to find innovative solutions
- Resilient attitude toward setbacks
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Methodical and organized approach to tasks
