Graduate Civil Engineer – Bridges & Tunnels

Responsibilities

• Carry out discipline designs to required standards and quality
• Ensure all designs are reviewed to meet necessary standards
• Support project submittals and the No Objection Certificates (NOC) process
• Stay updated with relevant technical developments within the discipline
• Understand contract requirements and the scope of project deliverables
• Embed Health & Safety into all work practices in line with company policies
• Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met
• Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to line managers
• Attend and contribute to team and project meetings
• Contribute to the delivery of business unit strategy and sustainability goals
• Ensure QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance across all projects

Requirements

• UAE National
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience in bridges and tunnels design
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and design standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing requirements
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required
