Responsibilities
- Master the product through intensive graduate training
- Research markets and prospect new enterprise clients via phone, email, and social selling
- Qualify business opportunities and handle objections to generate high-quality leads
- Provide a consultative, customer-focused sales experience
- Collaborate on and execute new lead-generation projects and campaigns
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a completed Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Tech-savvy or willing to learn CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internships or experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality
- Leadership roles in university clubs, societies, or sports teams
- Interest in HR, payroll, fintech, or corporate finance
