Graduate Brand Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a Strategic Account Manager for major retail vendors to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify and action business input metrics to improve growth and the end customer experience.
• Execute tactical support requests including issue troubleshooting, data reporting, and catalogue management.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, serving as a trusted advisor and central point of contact.
• Teach vendors how to be successful on Amazon by providing training on tools, policies, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Category Managers, Finance, and Operations to drive optimal outcomes.
• Lead planning and performance sessions with strategic vendors.

Requirements

• Final year university student or recent graduate (completed within the last 2-3 years).
• Ability to commence the program by July 2026.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
• Ability to deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• High level of ownership and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-24 months of prior experience in Consulting or Finance.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders or working in data analytics (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Strong account or client relationship management skills.
