Graduate Associate - Wealth Management

Responsibilities

• Complete an 18-month rotation programme across Paraplanning, Business Development, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology
• Prepare suitability reports and conduct technical research to support client financial goals
• Prospect high-net-worth expat clients and build long-term professional relationships
• Assist with marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event execution
• Support compliance monitoring, including KYC, AML, and client file reviews
• Contribute to digital product development and technology operations
• Complete the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma to qualify as a Private Wealth Adviser

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2:1 classification
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
• A genuine passion for wealth management and financial advisory
• Willingness to travel across Europe as required
• Valid right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
