Graduate Associate, Client Services

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end by understanding specific client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls
• Cold call and engage industry experts to secure their time for client consultations
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Cross-sell the full range of Third Bridge services, including content libraries, surveys, and advisory services
• Learn and apply broad knowledge of global markets, business models, and regulations

Requirements

• Business fluency in Swedish (written and oral - Level C1 and above)
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage in phone-based conversations
• Target-driven mindset and resilience in a high-energy commercial environment
• Proven problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity
• Demonstrated leadership or extracurricular experience through internships or other achievements
