Graduate Associate, Client Services

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end by understanding specific client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls
• Cold call and engage industry experts to secure their time and win buy-in for client consultations
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Cross-sell the full range of Third Bridge services, including content libraries, surveys, and advisory services
• Rapidly learn and apply knowledge regarding various markets, business models, and regulations

Requirements

• Business fluency in Polish (written and oral - Level C1 or above)
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage in phone and in-person conversations
• Target-driven mindset with the resilience to exceed goals in a commercial environment
• Proven problem-solving ability and natural curiosity
• Demonstrated leadership or extracurricular experience through internships, work, or other achievements
