Graduate Associate, Client Services

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end by understanding specific client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls
• Cold call and engage industry experts across various sectors to secure their time for client consultations
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Cross-sell the full range of Third Bridge services, including the content library, surveys, and advisory services
• Learn and apply broad knowledge of global markets, business models, and regulations to deliver critical insights

Requirements

• Business fluency in Norwegian (written and oral - Level C1 or above)
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage in phone and in-person conversations
• Proven problem-solving ability and the capacity to think on your feet
• Resilience and motivation to exceed goals in a high-pressure environment
• Demonstrated leadership or extracurricular experience through internships, work, or other achievements
