Graduate Associate, Client Services

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end by understanding specific client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls
• Cold call and engage industry experts across various sectors to secure their time for client consultations
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Cross-sell the full range of Third Bridge services, including content libraries, surveys, and advisory services
• Learn and apply broad knowledge of global markets, business models, and regulations to assist clients

Requirements

• Business fluency in Polish (written and oral - Level C1 and above)
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage in phone and in-person conversations
• Proven problem-solving ability and the capacity to think on your feet
• High level of resilience, motivation, and a drive to exceed performance goals
• Demonstrated leadership or extracurricular experience through internships, work, or other achievements
