Graduate Associate, Client Services

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end by understanding specific client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls
• Cold call and engage industry experts across various sectors to secure their time for client consultations
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Cross-sell the full range of Third Bridge services, including the content library, surveys, and advisory services
• Build rapport quickly with specialists and overcome objections to win buy-in

Requirements

• Business fluency in French (written and oral - Level C1 and above)
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage in phone-based conversations
• Target-driven mindset with a motivation to exceed goals and thrive in a competitive environment
• Proven problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity
• Demonstrated leadership or extracurricular experience through internships, work, or other achievements
