Graduate Assistant - Women's Lacrosse

Responsibilities

• Support the NCAA Division II Women's Lacrosse program through a blend of administrative and coaching duties
• Manage gear and equipment orders and coordinate team travel, including hotels, meals, and itineraries
• Assist with recruiting efforts through prospect identification, communication, and event support
• Perform opponent analysis by breaking down scout film on Hudl to aid in game preparation
• Lead defensive drills and support skill development and positional training on the field
• Provide individual player feedback to support athlete growth

Requirements

• Possession of an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
• Confirmed acceptance into a graduate studies program at Franklin Pierce University
• Prior experience playing collegiate lacrosse
• Valid driver's license
