Bachelor's degree, Acceptance into FPU graduate program, CSCCa or NSCA certification, CPR/AED certification, Valid driver's license
About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs for assigned athletic teams
- Assist the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with duties including data collection
- Manage the setup and breakdown of equipment for training sessions
- Perform routine maintenance of the facility and equipment
- Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Confirmed acceptance into a Franklin Pierce University graduate program
- Certification through the CSCCa or NSCA
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in strength and conditioning
