Graduate Assistant

Responsibilities

• Facilitate online lessons, tutorials, or discussions in coordination with the Instructor
• Grade assignments, exams, quizzes, and projects
• Maintain and update student grades using Excel for submission to the Instructor
• Assist the Instructor in preparing and sharing reading materials and supplementary notes
• Work individually with students to support their academic performance and answer course content questions

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a graduate program within the Department of Health Informatics
• Demonstrated knowledge or practical experience with ICD-10-CM coding
• Demonstrated knowledge or practical experience with ICD10-PCS coding
• Demonstrated knowledge or practical experience with CPT coding
