Graduate Assistant – Men’s Ministry

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead intentional discipleship initiatives for male students, including small groups and one-on-one mentoring
• Recruit, train, and support student leaders to disciple their peers
• Support the planning and execution of weekly chapel services to encourage male student engagement
• Organize and promote campus evangelism initiatives and mission opportunities
• Assist with campus-wide spiritual formation events such as revivals and retreats
• Participate in Student Life team meetings and campus ministry planning

Requirements

• Admission to an HLGU graduate program
• Strong Christian faith with a clear testimony of conversion
• Agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message
• Demonstrated involvement in local church ministry
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in discipleship, student leadership, or ministry
• Active membership in a Southern Baptist or like-minded evangelical church
