Graduate Assistant - Men's Lacrosse Coach

Responsibilities

• Conduct on and off-campus recruiting of qualified student-athletes
• Assist with practice planning and implementation
• Support team travel and game day operations
• Manage team social media and video programs
• Monitor student-athlete academic standing and study halls
• Assist with fundraising activities and community service opportunities
• Perform general office work, including scheduling and organization
• Ensure strict adherence to all NCAA rules and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Successful admission into a Franklin Pierce University Graduate Program
• Valid U.S. driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience
• Successful NCAA playing experience
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Proven ability to attract, recruit, and retain high-level student-athletes
