Graduate Assistant - Marketing

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the University’s visual identity through the creation of multifaceted print and digital collateral
• Assist with social media management and support departmental administrative tasks
• Work with faculty and staff to manage project requests via the marketing request form and Asana
• Maintain professional communication with print vendors to facilitate quoting and proofing
• Monitor and respond to requested projects and maintain a physical document library
• Assess marketing analytics from various campaigns to support the Director

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
• Must be accepted into a Franklin Pierce University graduate program (acceptance must be confirmed prior to consideration)
• Minimum of two years of graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Ability to present a design portfolio for review

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with photography, social media management, and web design
• Knowledge of prepress technologies and print production processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities
