Graduate Assistant for Men's Basketball

Responsibilities

• Plan team travel logistics, including hotels, transportation, and meals
• Manage program recruiting visits and travel arrangements
• Supervise the academic progress of student-athletes
• Lead coordinated efforts to develop and manage the program's social media presence
• Support all other facets of the Men's Basketball program as assigned by the head coach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Current acceptance into a Master's program at McKendree University
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to problem-solve and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work outside of traditional business hours and travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior college playing experience at the NCAA level
• Experience within a highly competitive basketball program
