Graduate Assistant for Internal Operations

Responsibilities

• Support NCAA compliance through monitoring team activities, recruiting, and competition logs
• Process eligibility certifications in conjunction with the Deputy AD and campus partners
• Assist with team operations and logistics, including travel, calendars, and communication
• Manage official roster statuses and profiles for student-athletes and department stakeholders
• Support student-athlete development initiatives such as SAAC and leadership academies
• Assist with data collection and reporting for compliance, academic success, and business operations
• Provide technical support for departmental and campus software
• Perform administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Acceptance into a University of Indianapolis graduate program
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in athletic administration, NCAA compliance, or data analytics
• Familiarity with the NCAA Division II environment
• Experience with Teamworks software
